  • We are not a registered agent. RenewBase does not act as your legal representative, registered agent, or agent of record with any state licensing board or government agency.
  • We do not guarantee renewal outcomes. While our platform assists with tracking and organization, we cannot guarantee that any license renewal will be approved, processed on time, or accepted by a state authority. You remain solely responsible for ensuring your licenses are properly renewed.

4. User Accounts

Our AI-powered email parsing feature processes forwarded emails to extract license renewal information. By using this feature:

  • You acknowledge that AI parsing may produce inaccurate results. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all parsed information before acting on it.
  • You consent to our processing the content of forwarded emails for the purpose of extracting license-related data.
  • You will not forward emails containing sensitive information unrelated to license renewals (e.g., Social Security numbers, financial account numbers) unless necessary for the renewal process.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Use the Service to store or transmit content that infringes on intellectual property rights
  • Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without written permission

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
  • WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY INFORMATION PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE (INCLUDING STATE LICENSING REQUIREMENTS, FEES, OR DEADLINES) IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR CURRENT.
  • IN NO EVENT SHALL RENEWBASE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
  • RENEWBASE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY FINES, PENALTIES, LICENSE LAPSES, OR REGULATORY CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM MISSED DEADLINES, INACCURATE INFORMATION, OR FAILED SUBMISSIONS — WHETHER OR NOT CAUSED BY A DEFECT IN THE SERVICE.
  • OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless RenewBase, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice.
  • Upon termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days. After that period, we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Georgia.
